Our Policies (T&Cs)

•  Kindly note that a $50 deposit is required upon booking of appointment for needleless treatments; for the rest of the treatments, a $20 deposit is required upon booking of appointment.

•  No companion allowed.

•  No rescheduling is allowed 3 days before the appointment date.

•  Rescheduling of appointment date has to be within 3 weeks.

• Deposit shall not be refunded for cancellation of appointment.

• Please be punctual. Do not be too early as there is no waiting area or late. There is a grace period of 15 minutes. For those late after 15 minutes, your appointment will be cancelled and deposit shall not be refunded. This is to be fair to all other customers who have bookings on the same day- such that they won’t have to wait.
